There is no cart, no checkout and no online payment on this site, by design. If any page, email or message claiming to be from GoldShops.pk ever asks you to pay us for jewelry, it is a fraud. Do not pay it, and please tell us.

You pay the jeweler, at the shop, with the piece in your hand.

We publish the weight and the purity of a design, because those are facts about the piece. We do not publish a price, because a real price depends on the day's gold rate and on the shop's making charges. You agree that with the jeweler.

Any gold or silver rate shown on the site is market information for your reference. It is not a quote, and no jeweler is bound by it.

Jewelers upload their own photos, weights, purities and descriptions. They are responsible for that information being true and current.

We approve a shop before its designs appear, which means we have checked that the shop is real and its details hold up. It does not mean we have weighed the gold or tested its purity. We are not an assay office. Before you pay, check the piece, ask for the hallmark, and take a proper receipt.

A design being listed does not guarantee it is still in the case. Message the shop before you travel. That is what the WhatsApp button is for.

• Use the site to find designs and shops, not to resell our listings.
• Write reviews only about shops you have actually dealt with, and keep them honest. We remove reviews that are fake, abusive, or planted by a competitor.
• Keep your password to yourself. Your account is your responsibility.
• Satisfy yourself about the piece before you hand over money.

• List only jewelry you actually have, and describe it accurately. Wrong weights and inflated purity are the fastest way to be removed.
• Upload only photos you own or have the right to use. Do not take another shop's pictures.
• Honour what you have listed, or take the listing down. A buyer who travels across town on the strength of a design has a right to expect it.
• Your listings must be legal. No stolen goods, no fake hallmarks.
• We can suspend or remove a shop that breaks these terms, or that buyers consistently report. We will tell you why.

Listing is free today. We take no commission, because we never touch the transaction. If that ever changes, you will be told before it applies to you, not after.

A dispute about a piece of jewelry, its price, its purity or its return is between you and the jeweler. We are not the seller and we cannot refund you, because we never took your money.

We still want to know. If a shop on this site treats you badly, tell us. Leave a review, and email us. Removing a shop is something we can do, and will.

We try to keep GoldShops.pk up and correct, but we offer it as it is. It can go down, listings can be out of date, and a jeweler can close without telling us. Plan for that: message the shop before you travel.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses arising from your use of the site, from a listing being wrong, or from your dealings with a jeweler you found here. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have that cannot be limited by law.

You must be 18 or over to hold an account. You can delete yours at any time by emailing us. We can close an account that is being used to abuse the site, to post fake reviews, or to defraud people.

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and the courts of Pakistan have jurisdiction over any dispute about them.

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page always tells you when they last changed. If we change something that matters to you, we will say so plainly.
